I specialize in mental performance training for student-athletes and high-performers seeking to strengthen both their mindset and their capacity for sustainable excellence. My approach is rooted in Sport & Performance Psychology and emphasizes holistic development—helping individuals cultivate skills that not only improve performance in competition, but also translate into success in academics, leadership, relationships, and life. I work from the perspective that those who learn to understand themselves before pressure peaks are better equipped to perform consistently, adapt effectively, and lead with confidence. Whether navigating performance anxiety, confidence challenges, motivation, identity transitions, focus, or team dynamics, I partner with clients to build a strong psychological foundation that grows with them throughout their athletic and personal journey.
