Helping athletes perform under pressure, evolve through injury rehabilitaiton, and optimize their performance
I am a 30 yo female, former athlete, originally from Marysville, Washington. I attended and competed Division 1 in Alpine ski racing at St. Lawrence University from 2016-2020, after taking 2 post graduate year to compete around the globe. During my career, I faced many obstacles with injuries and health difficulties, leading to my interest in mental performance coaching and helping athletes navigate the difficulties of injury recovery, in addition to optimization of performance in competitive environments at every level. I received my Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Western Washington University in 2023, where I focused on the mental health effects of career transitions out of sport. This was driven by my forced retirement from athletics during college. Following completion of my program, I relocated to Colorado in August of 2023 and continued coaching alpine ski racing at a high level and integrating mental performance coaching. I have continued to work toward my CMPC certification through AASP by completing direct client hours and mentorship My experiences as an athlete, coach, and mental performance professional have shaped my approach to helping athletes become more confident, resilient, and mentally prepared. I use these intersecting experiences to provide practical tools that support the whole athlete; not just their performance, but the person behind it. Beyond the profession: I love spending time outdoors (especially skiing), traveling, pushing myself in the gym, and spending my time with my partner of 7+ years, friends and family!
