Impact / Mission

The Monkey Mind Foundation exists to provide accessible mental health and performance support to underserved youth and those in service communities, including military personnel, first responders, police officers, and firefighters.

We believe every person deserves access to tools that build resilience, emotional strength, confidence, and long-term well-being, regardless of economic background.

Why We Exist

High performers carry a heavy mental load.

Youth athletes face pressure, burnout, anxiety, and identity challenges early in life, often without the resources or support systems to navigate them.

Service communities face a different kind of pressure: chronic stress, trauma exposure, split-second decision-making, and the emotional weight that comes with showing up for others.

The Monkey Mind Foundation was created to help close that gap.

What We Provide

The Foundation supports programs and services such as:

  • Mental health & wellness support focused on anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention.

  • Mental performance development targeting confidence, focus, routines, and mindset.

  • Performance tools for daily life to support habits, structure, accountability, and resilience.

  • Workshops and team-based education for athletes, coaches, and organizations

  • Access to vetted professionals when deeper support is needed

Our goal is simple: help people build a stronger mind, a healthier life, and a better long-term performance experience.

Who We Serve

We currently focus on two core communities:

Underserved Youth

Kids and athletes who may lack consistent access to mental health and performance support due to financial barriers.

Service Communities

Those who serve and protect others, including:

  • Military personnel

  • First responders

  • Police officers

  • Firefighters

How Donations Create Impact

Your support helps fund real access, not just awareness.

Donations may support:

  • Sponsored sessions with qualified professionals

  • Free workshops for groups and organizations

  • Mental resilience resources and education

  • Program delivery costs and event-based outreach initiatives

Whether it’s one athlete, one team, or one department, your contribution helps make support available when it’s needed most.
