Colt Olson, Ph.D

Dr. Colt Olson is a former collegiate football and baseball athlete turned expert in sport psychology. As the Mental Skills Coordinator for the Colorado Rockies, he plays a pivotal role in helping players optimize their performance both on and off the field. Dr. Olson earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University while competing in both football and baseball, followed by a Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Idaho and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Based in Colorado with his wife, Jamie, and son, Jax, he dedicates his Springs and Summers to traveling nationwide to support athletes across the Rockies organization.
