Profile Sections

  • About — The provider's bio, background, and approach to mental performance
  • Specialties — Areas of expertise (e.g., performance anxiety, focus training, team dynamics)
  • Sports — Sports they have experience working with
  • Experience — Years of professional experience
  • Credentials — License type, certifications, and verified credentials
  • Session Types — All available session offerings with:
    • Session name and description
    • Duration (e.g., 50 minutes, 90 minutes)
    • Price per session
  • Packages — Bundled session deals (if offered)
  • Reviews — Ratings and written feedback from past clients

Taking Action

From a provider's profile you can:

  • Book a Session — Choose a session type and pick an available time
  • Send a Message — Start a conversation before booking
  • Purchase a Package — Buy a bundle of sessions at a package price

Provider Types Explained

  • Mental Performance Coach — Focuses on mental skills training for athletes (confidence, focus, visualization, pre-game routines)
