Setting Your Availability

How to set your weekly schedule, date overrides, and scheduling rules.

Setting Your Availability

Go to Settings > Booking & Availability to manage when clients can book with you.

Weekly Schedule

Set your recurring availability for each day of the week:

  1. Select a day (Monday through Sunday)
  2. Add time slots (e.g., 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
  3. Mark each slot as online, in-person, or both
  4. Repeat for each day you're available

You can have multiple slots per day (e.g., morning and afternoon blocks with a lunch break).

Date Overrides

Override your regular schedule for specific dates:

  • Block a day — Mark a date as unavailable (vacation, holiday, personal day)
  • Custom hours — Set special hours for a specific date that differ from your weekly schedule

Scheduling Rules

Configure booking constraints:

  • Minimum Booking Notice — How far in advance clients must book (e.g., 24 hours). Prevents last-minute bookings.
  • Buffer Time — Minutes between sessions for breaks (e.g., 15 minutes). Prevents back-to-back bookings.
  • Maximum Advance Booking — How far out clients can book (e.g., 60 days). Prevents bookings too far in the future.

External Calendar Integration

Connect your Google Calendar or Calendly to:

  • Sync busy times — Events from your external calendar automatically block those times from bookings, preventing double-scheduling
  • Auto-generate Google Meet links — When connected to Google Calendar, each confirmed booking automatically gets a unique Google Meet video link

Timezone

Your availability is stored in your timezone. Clients see available slots converted to their own timezone automatically.
