How Payments Work

Monkey Mind uses Stripe to process all payments securely. We never store your full credit card number.

Payment Options

When booking a session, you can pay with:

Credit or Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards accepted via Stripe
Organization Budget — If your organization has set up a budget for you (no card needed)
Package Credits — If you've purchased a session package with remaining credits

Payment Timing

Card payments are charged at the time of booking
Organization budget deductions happen immediately upon booking confirmation
Package credits are deducted from your remaining sessions immediately

Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form — they never pass through our servers
Stripe handles fraud detection and prevention automatically

Receipts

You'll receive a confirmation email with booking and payment details for every transaction. For detailed payment history, check your Stripe account or contact the provider for an invoice.
