Raising a request with Monkey Mind

Ask us to build, change or look into something from your Requests page, and follow it through to done.

What it is

Anything you would like us to build, change or look into. Raise it from your organization's Requests page and it goes straight to our team.

Raising one

Go to Requests in your organization's menu.
Click Raise a request, give it a title and a description, and send it.

Only your organization's admins can raise requests and reply on them.

Following it

Each request shows one of four states:

State	Meaning
Received	We have it and have not started yet
In progress	Someone is working on it
Done	Finished
Not planned	We looked at it and are not going to do it — we will say why

Click a request to read the conversation and reply. We may also share things we are already working on with you here, so a request can appear that you did not raise.
