Buying a package with your organization's budget
Members with an allowance can buy session packages on the organization's money, the same way they book a single session.
How it works
If you are a member of an organization with an allowance, a package can be paid for from the organization's budget instead of your own card.
- Open the package on the provider's page and choose to buy it.
- Where you would pick a payment method, choose your organization.
- The whole package price counts against your allowance and your organization's budget, exactly as a single session would.
What can stop it
- You must be an active member of an approved organization, with an allowance on a budget that is currently in its period.
- The package must fit within your remaining allowance and the organization's remaining budget. If it does not, the message tells you which limit was hit.
- If your organization pays by card on file, the card is charged for the package after any balance is used.
If something goes wrong
If the purchase fails after the budget was charged, the charge is reversed automatically and your allowance is restored.
