Managing Your Provider Profile

Your profile is how potential clients find and evaluate you. Keep it complete and up to date.

Editing Your Profile

Go to Provider Profile in the sidebar to edit:

Headline — A short tagline that appears on your card in the directory (e.g., "Mental Performance Coach specializing in youth athletes")
Bio — Your full professional description, approach, and philosophy
Provider Types — Select all that apply (coach, therapist, executive coach)
Specialties — Choose from the list or add custom ones
Sports — Select sports you have expertise in
Target Audiences — Who you work with (athletes, parents, teams, executives)
Years of Experience — Your professional experience
License Details — License number and state
Session Format — Online, in-person, or both
Travel Settings — Whether you're willing to travel and your travel fee

Profile Visibility

Active — Your profile is visible in the provider directory and clients can book with you
Inactive — Your profile is hidden from the directory. Existing clients can still message you.

Toggle your active status from the Provider Profile page.

Profile URL

Your profile has a unique URL based on your slug (e.g., /providers/jane-smith). You can change this in your profile settings, but be aware that old links will break.

Credentials

Upload your professional documents (license, certifications, insurance). These are reviewed by the Monkey Mind team and shown as verified badges on your profile.
