Viewing Your Bookings

Go to Provider Bookings in the sidebar:

  • Upcoming — scheduled and confirmed sessions
  • Past — completed sessions
  • Cancelled — sessions cancelled by you or the client

Each row shows client name, session type, date/time, your payout amount, and status.

Pending Payment Bookings Are Hidden

Bookings in the "Pending Payment" state don't appear in your list. You only see bookings after the client's payment is confirmed, which prevents abandoned-checkout noise.

Completing a Session

After the session ends:

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Click Complete Session.
  3. Status changes to Completed.
  4. Your session count updates.
  5. The client is prompted to leave a review.
  6. Within the next hour, Monkey Mind releases your 80% payout to your Stripe account.

Cancelling a Session

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. Provide a reason (minimum 5 characters).
  4. Confirm.

Important: when you cancel, the client always receives a full refund, regardless of how close to the session time it is. The 24-hour cutoff only applies to client-initiated cancellations.

Rescheduling — Use the Request Flow

You cannot reschedule a booking directly. To move a session, send a Reschedule Request to the client:

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Click Request Reschedule.
  3. Add a short note explaining why.
  4. The client receives an email and an in-app notification with a link to pick a new time (or decline).

No booking state changes until the client responds. This is deliberate — the client keeps final say over their calendar.

Earnings

Your payout for each session is the session price minus the 20% platform fee.

  • Client pays $100
  • Platform fee: $20
  • Your payout: $80

Payouts are released automatically to your connected Stripe account within one hour of the session ending.
