Leaving a Review

After a session is marked as completed by your provider, you can leave a review.

How to Leave a Review

1. Go to Bookings and open a completed session
2. You'll see a review section at the bottom of the booking details
3. Select a star rating (1-5 stars)
4. Write an optional comment sharing your experience
5. Click Submit Review

Review Guidelines

• Be honest and constructive
• Focus on your experience with the provider's service
• Your review helps other clients make informed decisions

Where Reviews Appear

Your review (rating + comment) appears on the provider's public profile. Other potential clients can see aggregate ratings and individual reviews.

Can I Edit My Review?

Reviews cannot be edited after submission. If you need to update or remove a review, please contact support.
