Creating Session Packages
Packages let you offer bundled sessions at a set price, encouraging clients to commit to multiple sessions.
Creating a Package
Go to Packages in the sidebar:
- Click Create Package
- Fill in:
- Package Name — A descriptive name (e.g., "10-Session Performance Program")
- Description — What's included and who it's for
- Sessions Included — Select which session types are in the package and how many of each
- Total Price — Set the package price (this is what the client pays upfront)
- Expiration — How long the client has to use all sessions (e.g., 6 months, 12 months)
- Click Publish to make it available
Pricing Strategy
- The platform fee (20%) applies to the total package price
- Example: $400 package = $80 platform fee, $320 to you
- Consider offering a discount vs. individual session pricing to incentivize packages
Managing Packages
- Edit — Update name, description, or price
- Draft/Published — Toggle visibility on your profile
- View Purchases — See which clients bought your packages and their usage
How Clients Use Packages
Once a client purchases your package:
- They see available credits when booking a session with you
- Included session types can be booked at no additional charge
- Credits are tracked automatically (e.g., "3 of 10 sessions used")
- If they cancel a package-funded session, the credit is restored
