What to Include in a Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your email address (the one you use to log in)
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • The booking ID if it's related to a specific session (found on the booking details page)
  • Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
