What to Include in a Support Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your email address (the one you use to log in)
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
- The booking ID if it's related to a specific session (found on the booking details page)
- Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
Response Times
