How to manage your profile, password, and notification preferences.
Account Settings
Profile
Go to Settings (the default settings page) to manage:
- Profile Photo — Upload, change, or remove your photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF; max 5MB)
- Full Name — How your name appears to others
- Phone — Optional contact number
- Team/School — Your team or school affiliation
- Sport/League — Your primary sport
- Company and Position — For business professionals
- Timezone — Controls how all booking times are displayed to you. Auto-detected but can be changed manually.
Password
Go to Settings > Password to change your password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, must include uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update Password
Notification Preferences
Go to Settings > Notifications to control:
- Email Notifications — Receive emails for booking confirmations, reminders, messages, and updates
- Booking Reminders — Get reminded 24 hours and 1 hour before sessions
- Message Notifications — Receive alerts when providers send you messages
Password Reset
If you forget your password:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
