Creating an Organization

Organizations let teams, schools, and companies manage mental performance services for their members — with shared budgets, organization-level billing, and central member management.

Who should create an organization?

Athletic directors managing mental performance for student-athletes
Team managers providing coaching to a roster
Company leaders offering executive coaching as a benefit
Parents organizing group coaching for a youth sports team

How to get set up

Organizations are created by the Monkey Mind team — it is quick, but it is not self-serve.

Contact support (the Contact Support button in the help center, or email our team).
Tell us the organization name and roughly what it is for.
We create the organization and make the person you nominate its Admin.
That person gets an email confirming it is live.

If the person you nominate does not have a Monkey Mind account yet, they are sent an invitation instead, and they become the Admin as soon as they accept it.

Usually you will have a working organization the same business day.

What an Admin can do

From Settings → Organizations:

Invite members — by email, or by sharing a join link.
Set up budgets — a spending cap for the whole organization, for a team within it, or per person.
Choose how you pay — load a prepaid balance, or save a card and be charged per session.
Review join requests — requests from a shared link need approval.
Assign roles — share the load with other Admins or Budget Managers.
Set your timezone — this decides when a monthly budget rolls over.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Admin	Everything: members, budgets, billing, settings
Budget Manager	Manage budgets and who is assigned to them. Cannot change organization settings or billing
Member	Book sessions using the organization's budget, and see their own allowance

Managing Organization Members — invites, roles, removing and re-adding people
Organization Budgets — caps, periods and per-person allowances
Organization Billing & Wallet — paying by balance or by card
