Suggesting times to a client
Send a client up to three of your open times. They pick one and pay to confirm, by card, package credit or team budget.
Suggesting times to a client
Instead of texting a client a few times and waiting for them to book, send the times through Monkey Mind. They pick one and pay, and the session is booked.
Where to find it
- After a session: open the session from Bookings and press Schedule next session. This is the easiest way to book the next one while it's fresh.
- On a client's page: Clients → open the client → Suggest times.
- In a conversation: open the chat with the client and press Suggest times above the message box.
How it works
- Choose the session type.
- Pick up to three times. Only your open times are shown, the same ones clients see when they book you.
- Add a message if you like, and press Send.
Your client gets an email, a notification and a message in your conversation. They choose one of your times and pay to confirm it, by card, package credit or team budget, just like any other booking. Nothing is booked until they do.
If they don't pick within a week (or before the last time you suggested, whichever comes first), the times lapse. They can also tell you none of these work, and you'll see that.
Keeping track
Bookings → Requests → Times you suggested shows everything you've sent and whether it's still waiting, booked, declined or lapsed. Press Withdraw to take back times the client hasn't picked from yet.
When you need to move a session
When you ask a client to pick a new time for an existing session, you can also press Suggest some new times and pick up to three. Your client sees those first, and can still choose any other open time.
