Seeing your team's sessions

What the Sessions list shows, how to export it, and why members appear as a number rather than a name.

Sessions lists every session your organization has paid for. Organization admins and budget managers can see it; ordinary members cannot.

Why members show as a number, not a name

The Member column shows something like User #155. This is deliberate and is not something that can be switched on.

Knowing that a session happened is billing information, and you need it. Knowing who had it, who they saw and what it was about is health information, and it stays with the person it belongs to. So you will not see the member's name, the coach's name, the type of coach, or anything about what was discussed.

The number is stable — the same person is always the same number — so you can see that one member has had eight sessions this term without knowing which member that is.

What is on the list

ColumnWhat it means
DateWhen the session was scheduled
MemberWho it was for, as a number
DurationHow long it was booked for
AmountWhat your organization paid
StatusConfirmed, Completed, Cancelled or Pending

Pending means booked but not yet paid for.

Sort or filter any column by clicking its heading. Export Excel downloads exactly what you are looking at.

Only sessions your organization funded appear here. If a member books and pays for a session themselves, it is not on this list.

When you need more

  • The date, amount and status here are the full billing record. Your Billing tab has the wallet balance and payment history.
  • To reach someone about a specific session, raise it with us rather than approaching the member.
  • If a member wants to share their own details with you, that is theirs to give.

If the list is empty, nothing has been booked against your organization's money yet — members have to be on a budget before they can book with it.
