Your Clients list

The private workspace where you can see everyone you have worked with, their session history, and your own notes, goals and tags for each person.

Clients is your own record of everyone you have worked with on Monkey Mind. It is private to you — clients never see this area, your notes or your tags.

Who appears

Anyone you have had a confirmed, completed or cancelled session with. A session still waiting to be paid for does not put someone on the list yet.

People you told us you were already working with before you joined are marked as existing clients, and appear once they have their first session through the platform.

The list

Each row shows the client's name and email, their sport and team or school, how many sessions in total and how many completed, the first and last session dates, and what they have spent with you. Search at the top, or filter any column by its heading. Click a row to open that person.

Opening a client

Four figures across the top — total sessions (with completed underneath), total spent, first session and last session — and their status beside their name. Then three tabs:

  • Bookings — every session with this person, whatever its status, newest first. Click one to open the booking itself.
  • Notes — a running thread, newest at the bottom, and you can attach files. Private to you: not the client, and not their organization if one is paying.
  • ProfileStatus (Active, Inactive or Discharged), Goals, and Tags. Status is for your own filtering only: it does not stop anyone booking with you, and the client is never told about it.

Worth knowing

Cancelled sessions still count towards the totals, because they are part of the history. Read the completed count if you want sessions that actually happened.

Someone you listed as an existing client but have never had a session with does not have a page yet — they get one after their first session.
