My payout hasn't arrived

Look in Payout History first

Click Payouts in the sidebar. Awaiting Payout lists sessions we have not paid you for yet, each with an Expected Payout date. Payout History lists every payment we have sent, each with a Reference — the Stripe transfer ID you can search for in your Stripe dashboard. Click the arrow next to an amount to see which sessions or packages it covered.

Package purchases never appear on Awaiting Payout — they were paid at purchase time, so they show only in Payout History.

"Paid by us" is not the same as "in your bank"

Two separate steps:

1. We transfer your share into your Stripe account. That is what Payout History records.
2. Stripe pays out from your Stripe balance to your bank, on your own Stripe account's schedule — by default daily, typically landing about 2 business days later.

So if Payout History shows a payment but nothing has reached your bank, the answer is in your Stripe dashboard under Balance and Payouts: check your payout schedule and your bank details.

Why a payout can look late

• "Held — connect Stripe." The session finished and the client paid, but there is no connected Stripe account to send it to, so we are holding it for you. Go to Settings → Payments, connect Stripe, and it is released.
• "On hold — awaiting reschedule." You asked the client to pick a new time and they have not chosen one yet. We hold your share until the session is rescheduled — it is not lost.
• Short-notice bookings. If the client booked at the last minute, their payment may not have cleared at Stripe by the time we try to send yours. It retries automatically each day; you don't need to do anything.
• A $0 session. Package-credit and free sessions move no money, so they never produce a payout of their own.
