Lucinda Snyder, M.Ed.

Mental Performance Mastery Coach

Lucinda is a nationally recognized Mental Performance Coach and the founder of Peak Flow. She works with high school, college, and professional athletes across the country to train the mental side of the game helping them stay focused under pressure, bounce back faster, and compete with confidence.

A former competitive equestrian, Lucinda knows firsthand what it feels like to overthink, spiral after mistakes, and question your ability even when you're putting in the work. This lived experience fuels her mission: to give athletes the tools she never had so they can compete with confidence, presence and joy.

She holds a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) and is a:

• Certified Mental Performance Coach
• Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor
• 200 hr RYT Yoga Teacher
• Creator of the 7 Pillars of Peak Flow: a proven framework for training presence, purpose, and mental resilience.

Lucinda has supported championship and postseason teams, including:

• UB Women’s Soccer – 2022 MAC Conference Tournament Champions
• RIT Men’s Hockey – 2023 Atlantic Hockey Conference Tournament Champions
• Brockport Women’s Basketball – First NCAA Tournament Appearance Since 2009

She believes the only way to impact the outcome of the game is to perform present and that mental performance is trainable.

“I don’t just teach these skills, I embody them.”

Helping athletes harness the power of mental skills so that they can stop overthinking and beating themselves up + create confidence and perform present.
