Option 1: TrackMan-Powered Training

For golfers with access to TrackMan, the gold standard for data-driven improvement. Gain precise feedback and measurable progress with tour-level accuracy.

Capabilities:

  • Data Analysis: Swing speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and dispersion.

  • Ball Flight Optimization: Shape and control shots with intention.

  • Benchmark Testing: Compare your numbers to PGA Tour standards.

  • Custom Drills: TrackMan-backed drills targeting your key performance gaps.

  • Tournament Simulation: Train under pressure using virtual course environments.

Option 2: Video-Based Coaching

(No TrackMan Required)

For golfers without TrackMan access — follow the same program structure using video submissions for personalized analysis and feedback.

Includes:

  • Swing Breakdown: Send in swing videos for detailed, timestamped feedback.

  • Mechanics Coaching: Improve movement, rhythm, and consistency.

  • Custom Drills: Targeted drills and structured training plans.

  • Tournament Prep: Course strategy, shot selection, and routine building.

  • Ongoing Feedback: Continuous updates, notes, and video comparisons to track progress.

Option 3: Hybrid Coaching
(TrackMan + Video Integration)

For golfers who use TrackMan periodically but also rely on regular video submissions between sessions. Get the best of both worlds — data precision and consistent visual feedback.

Includes:

  • TrackMan Sessions: In-person or virtual breakdowns using full data capture (swing speed, spin rate, carry, etc.).

  • Video Check-Ins: Ongoing swing reviews via phone or tablet between TrackMan sessions.

  • Progress Tracking: Combine data reports and video analysis to visualize improvement over time.

  • Custom Training Plan: Blends data-based drills with feel-based adjustments for balanced development.

  • Tournament Strategy: Apply both measured performance insights and situational coaching for real play.

Weekly Check-In

A personalized Google Sheet tailored to your needs, updated weekly with reflective prompts, action items, and scenario-based exercises designed to deepen your understanding of self-awareness, focus, and motivation.

Two Calls Per Month

Sessions via phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or in person. These conversations explore specific performance themes—confidence, emotional regulation, routines, or competitive mindset—and set clear intentions between calls.

Unlimited Text Support

Real-time access for quick questions, mindset resets, or pre-round check-ins. Designed to provide consistent accountability and reinforcement throughout your training.
